I stumbled upon this article on yahoo. It's quite disturbing that this is really happening. What we parents think as mere shyness of our children would actually mean a disorder which is so-called "selective mutism".

It's really disturbing to know that such disorder is happening. Kids nowadays face a lot of pressure and it's out responsibility as parents to guide them and let them know that they are loved. In God's grace!
